We are a firm of legal practitioners; our office is located in Lagos, Nigeria.  

Partners have been in legal practice for over fifteen (15) years and have cognate experience in Intellectual property law and practice. We have over the years consistently advised clients, lodged / filed and prosecuted applications at the Patents, Designs and Trademarks Registry. We have generally given opinions on IP law and practice in Nigeria. Our experience was built up as associates in law firms who were correspondent firms for foreign IP law firms and companies especially from United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.

The desirability of protection of IP rights cannot be over emphasized. Economic growth and expansion in Nigeria have been on the increase and the last five years have seen tremendous inflow of business into the country.

The economic activities is such that deliberate steps must be taken by conglomerates, multinationals, businesses etc to take advantage of the protection provided by statutes, case law and practice to ensure non-infringement of their IP rights and good will grown over the years.
